Observing

I have decided to start observing interactions between users and the staff of the library. I also think in walking around the library one is able to discern what services are most used and one can draw conclusions on the experiences of the users.

Observations cultivate a deeper appreciation of the users that one is studying. It allows you to interact with the community and you may take note of certain incidences that may have went unnoticed. 

Observing will provide an opportunity for deeper understanding and in depth meaning.
